Talia Israeli was Born in Jerusalem in 1976, and graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art and design with a Bachelors in Fine Art with honors in 2002.

While attending Bezalel, two semesters were spent at The Glasgow School of Art, and upon graduating she received two awards: The Elchanani Achievement from Bezalel, and the Sharet Award from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
